For Indian private schools · 500 to 1,500 students

One record per child.
The whole school runs on it.

Admissions, fees, attendance, homework, exams, report cards, APAAR, the parent's phone and an AI tutor for every child. Not nine apps that stop agreeing by October. One record, read by everyone who needs it.

How it works

Enter a child once. Everything else reads that one line.

Fees
The name typed at admission is the name on the receipt. Receipt serials cannot skip, so the audit never finds a gap.

Attendance
One tap per absent child, on the phone already in the teacher's hand. It works with no signal and syncs when there is one.

Homework
Set once by the teacher. The child sees it, the parent sees it, and what came back is on the same record.

Report card
Marks go in like a spreadsheet and come out in your school's own format. The one you print, not ours.

AI tutor
The tutor already knows the class, the board and the subjects. The school gets back weak concepts. It never gets the conversation.

Who it is for

A school does not buy software. Four people do, for four reasons.

Most schools buy these things from four vendors and spend the year making the numbers agree. Here each person opens the same record and sees the part that is theirs.

Principal · Owner

Does the year add up?

"Don't send me a file. Show me."

  • Collection and overdue fees, aged oldest-first, class by class.
  • Which sections have not marked attendance yet today.
  • APAAR coverage and the children blocking UDISE+ certification, by name.
  • Results by class, subject and teacher, from marks actually entered.
  • Who changed what, and when, on every record.

Teacher

Give me the period back.

"I am a teacher, not a data-entry operator."

  • Attendance in one tap, offline, on her own phone.
  • Marks entry that behaves like a spreadsheet.
  • Homework set once, seen by child and parent.
  • Syllabus coverage visible in November, not discovered in March.
  • Worksheets for the concepts the class is weak in.

Parent

Tell me today, not at the PTM.

"Did he reach? What is due? What was set?"

  • Attendance on your phone by the end of period one.
  • The receipt the moment the fee is paid, UPI straight to the school.
  • Homework as it is set, and what your child handed in.
  • The report card when the teacher signs it, not a week later.
  • What the tutor found your child weak at, and how it is going.

Student

Someone to ask at 9 pm.

"I got it wrong and I don't know where."

  • A tutor that already knows the class, board and chapter.
  • Marks the child's own working and points at the wrong step.
  • Explains the chapter from your syllabus, not a random one.
  • One sign-in, from the school's slip. No second password.
  • The conversation stays between the child and the tutor.

For parents

The school in your pocket. Not in a WhatsApp group of 60.

Parents ring the office about attendance, ask the class group about homework and walk in for a receipt. All three answers already exist inside the school. Flanca sends them to the one phone that should have them, and to nobody else.

  • 8:14Reached. Attendance lands before you have parked the scooter.
  • 11:02Paid, and it says so. The receipt arrives the moment the fee is recorded. UPI goes straight to the school, nothing added on top.
  • 2:35Set, and shown. Homework as the teacher sets it, so "nothing was given" is a conversation you no longer need to have.
  • 7:30Where he is stuck. The tutor tells you the concept, never the chat. Your child's questions are his own.

Where the school system and the AI tutor meet
05 · WHERE THE TWO MEET

The school sees what a child is weak at. Never the conversation.

Class-wise tutor accounts, who has one and how many credits remain. Weak concepts come back to the teacher. What a child typed stays with the child.

APAAR · UDISE+ certification freeze30 Sept

One child without an APAAR ID blocks the whole school's certification.

  • Coverage per class, and exactly who is missing, with the parent's number on the row.
  • Aadhaar name-mismatch cases separated out. One button writes the Aadhaar spelling.
  • Consent recorded before an ID is generated, because DPDP says so and because you are the data fiduciary.
  • A list of calls to make, in plain English. Not "6 errors".
The APAAR and UDISE+ screen: students still blocking certification, with the reason and the parent's number on each row

The AI tutor

What a tuition teacher does, at the hour a child actually gets stuck.

Homework is done at 9 pm and the doubt arrives at 9:10. The tutor reads the child's own working, finds the step that went wrong, and explains that step from your syllabus. Then it tells the school which concept, and the school tells you.

  • Marks the working, not just the answer.

A wrong answer with the right method is a slip. The right answer with a wrong method is a problem. The tutor knows the difference.

  • Your board, your chapters.

Class, board and subjects arrive from the school's record. A child starts learning on day one instead of setting up an app.

  • Safe by design, not by promise.

It reaches a parent through the school, never around it. Nothing about a child is sold, shared or advertised against. A parent can withdraw consent, and the processing stops.

  • A separate product, a separate bill.

The school system works without the tutor and the tutor works without the school system. A school that never buys one sees no gap where it was.
